Mode Door Motor: Service and Repair
Intake Door Motor

Intake Door Motor Removal

INTAKE DOOR MOTOR INSTALLATION

Install and Setup

- 

Install intake door motor on the intake unit and connect the body harness. 

- 

Set up Code 41 in Self-Diagnosis. 

- 

Move intake door link by hand and hold it at the REC position.

- 

Attach the intake door lever to the rod holder. 

Check and Verify

- 

Check the intake door operates properly when changing codes from 41 to 46 by pushing the DEF switch.

Code Sequence and Expectations

- 

Codes 41 and 42 = REC

- 

Code 43 is approx 20% FRESH

- 

Codes 44, 45, and 46 = FRESH
