Use a flat blade screwdriver to firmly push the outer rim of rivet into place (see Figure 14).

Then press on the center of the rivet to secure it (see Figure 15).

Tighten the nuts to: 9 Nm (9.2 kg-m, 80 in-lb).

Start the engine and check for rattle noises from the fuel tank shield area. Adjust as needed to get rid of any noises.
