APPLIED VEHICLE: 2009 Murano (Z51) with AWD only

APPLIED VINS: Vehicles built up through JN8AZ18W(*)9W 208438

APPLIED DATES: Vehicles built up through June 17, 2009

IF YOU CONFIRM:

The ABS and / or VDC warning lamp is 'ON'

AND

DTC C1161 (SIDE G SEN SET) and/or C1162 (PRESS SEN SET) is found stored in CONSULT III/ABS.

ACTION:

1. Go to SERVICE PROCEDURE to confirm this bulletin applies to the vehicle being worked on.

2. If this bulletin applies, reprogram the ABS Actuator and Electric Unit (Control Unit).

3. Erase the DTC(s) after ABS Control Unit reprogramming.

4. Perform Steering Angle Sensor Neutral Position Adjustment and DECEL G Sensor Calibration.

^ All C-III software updates (if any) have been installed.
