IF YOU CONFIRM
A whistle noise coming from the engine during light acceleration,

ACTIONS
Unbolt but do not remove the electric throttle control actuator. Replace the actuator gasket. Reposition the actuator on the manifold and secure following
the instructions in the following Service Procedure.

NOTE: 

The repair of this issue, if it should occur, is the repositioning of the actuator not the replacement of the gasket. The gasket is replaced because the
actuator is being unbolted from the manifold.

SERVICE PROCEDURE

NOTE: 

The ignition must remain "OFF" during this procedure to avoid storing Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC).

1. Remove the air cleaner cases (upper and lower) with the mass air flow sensor and air duct assembly.

2. Disconnect the electric throttle control actuator harness connector.

3. Loosen and remove the actuator bolts in the order shown.

CAUTION:  

Handle actuator carefully, avoid shock to it. Never disassemble it.
