IF YOU CONFIRM:

Squeal/Squeak noise from the front brakes when backing up with cold brakes.

ACTION:

To reduce the issue, replace the front brake pads and shims with the parts listed in the PARTS INFORMATION section of this bulletin.

NOTE:

Use the greases provided in the hardware kit to lubricate the various shims and pad points:

^ ASS880N BLACK grease: Application point is BOTH sides of the inner pad shims, and the PAD side of the outer shims.

^ CU7439 BROWN grease: Application point is pad retainer to pad sliding area contact.
