Adjust the pilot screw for a 1 mm cutting depth. Place pilot in punch marks and cut all four holes. Remove the slugs with needle nose pliers.

File any burrs or jagged edges and sweep away cutting chips. Apply NISSAN RUST PREVENTATIVE (P/N 99990-10070) to exposed
edges and allow it to dry.

d)

Install the striker and guide with four long 10 mm bolts. (See ILL. 3)
