Removal and Installation 

REMOVAL

1. Remove the front door window regulator. Refer to "Front Door Glass".

2. Remove door side grommet, and remove door key cylinder assembly (driver side) or outside handle escutcheon (passenger side) bolts (TORX

T30) from grommet hole.

CAUTION:  Do not forcibly remove the TORX bolts (T30).

Torx bolt 5.3 N.m (0.54 kg.m, 47 in.lb)

3. Reach to separate the key cylinder rod and outside handle rod connection (on the handle).
