About the Quest
The Quest, sold from the 1993 to 2017 model years, was the first Japanese-brand minivan developed specifically for North America. Its first two generations came from a joint venture with Ford: they shared a platform with the Mercury Villager, used Nissan's Maxima-derived V6 and were built by Ford at Avon Lake, Ohio. The third generation was built by Nissan in Canton, Mississippi.
