Disconnect the Monitor wire harness from the vehicle harness.
Check Wire Harness:

Inspect the wire harness for damage (see Figure 1):
a.
If the wire harness is damaged, proceed with step 6.
b.
If the wire harness is NOT damaged, this bulletin does not apply.

Disassemble Video Monitor Assembly:

Remove the 11 "Torx T10" screws that secure the Video Monitor Housing and Rear Cover to the Monitor Assembly (see Figure 2).
