Heater Core: Service and Repair
Front Heater Core
REMOVAL
1. Drain cooling system.
2. Disconnect two heater hoses in engine compartment.
3. Disconnect heater unit ducts.
4. Remove two heater unit bolts.
5. Disconnect door motor electrical connectors.
6. Remove heater unit.
7. Remove heater pipe plate.
8. Remove heater core retainer.
