Removal and Installation

CAUTION:  Disconnect battery negative terminal or remove the fuse.

REMOVAL

1. Remove the back door trim finisher upper.
2. Remove the mounting nuts and clips.

3. Cut the seal packing by the thin plate (A).

2. High-mounted stop lamp

4. Pull the high-mounted stop lamp toward rear of the vehicle. 

Remove the high-mounted stop lamp.

5. Disconnect the high-mounted stop lamp connector.

INSTALLATION

Install in the reverse order of removal.

CAUTION:  Seal packing cannot be reused.
