Insert fluid cooler hoses according to dimension (A) described below.
Dimension A: 30 mm (1.18 in)

Set hose clamps (1) from the end of fluid cooler hose (2) according to dimension (A) described below.
Dimension A: 5 - 7 mm (0.20 - 0.28 in)

Hose clamp should not interfere with the bulge.

FLUID COOLER: Inspection

After completing installation, check for CVT fluid leakage and check CVT fluid level. Refer to TM-160, "Inspection". See: Service and
Repair/Procedures/Inspection
