INTRODUCTION

A certain limited number of 2010 Sentra vehicles were manufactured with an iPod(R) adaptor that may prevent the radio from recognizing when an
iPod(R) is connected. To remedy this potential condition, Nissan is conducting this service campaign to replace the iPod(R) adaptor at no cost for parts
or labor.

IDENTIFICATION NUMBER

Nissan has assigned identification number PM958 to this campaign. This number must appear on all communications and documentation of any nature
dealing with this campaign.

DEALER RESPONSIBILITY

Dealers are to repair vehicles falling within range of this campaign that enter the service department. This includes vehicles purchased from private
parties or presented by transient (tourist) owners and vehicles in a dealer's inventory.

SERVICE PROCEDURE

1. Record the radio station presets:

2. Disconnect both battery cables (negative cable first).

3. Remove the three screws below the glove box.
