Rear Bumper: Service and Repair

REAR BUMPER

Removal and Installation

REMOVAL
1. Open trunk lid.
2. Release the clips and remove rear trunk plate.
3. Remove rear combination lamp RH/LH.  See: Lighting and Horns/Tail Lamp/Service and Repair See: Lighting and Horns/Tail Lamp/Tail Light

Bulb/Service and Repair.

4. Remove the clips, then remove rear fender protector RH/LH.  See: Fender/Front Fender/Front Fender Liner/Service and Repair/Component.
5. Remove rear bumper fascia lower clips and upper screws RH/LH.

6. Release rear bumper side retainer (1) from rear bumper fascia pulling outward to disengage.
7. Remove rear bumper fascia upper clips and screws.
