REFRIGERANT LINES

Removal and Installation for Evaporator

REMOVAL
1. Remove the expansion valve.  See: Expansion Valve/Service and Repair.
2. Remove the instrument lower cover RH.  See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Service and

Repair/Component Parts.

3. Remove the glove box.  See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Service and Repair/Removal And

Installation.

4. Remove the evaporator cover (1).
5. Remove the evaporator (2).

INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

CAUTION:
-

Replace the O-rings with new ones, then apply compressor oil to them when installing them.
