SERVICE INFORMATION

On a limited number of 1987 Sentra 4WD Wagon models produced during August, 1986, an evaporator assembly drain hose from a 2WD model Sentra
may have been inadvertently installed. If the incorrect hose is installed, the drain hose will contact the power steering rack assembly and fold backward,
preventing proper evaporator assembly drainage.

When investigating a customer concern of water collecting below the evaporator assembly or misting from the air vents, the A/C drain hose should be
inspected as described under inspection procedure.
