SERVICE PROCEDURE
1.
Remove cooling unit from vehicle. Refer to Technical Bulletin AC82-006 and Section HA in the Service Manual.
2.
Remove the inlet and outlet packing from cooling unit case (Figure 1).

Remove and save the 6 clips attaching upper cooling case to lower cooling case (Figure 1).
