Lower the steering wheel.

Cluster Lid
1.

Remove the ashtray and remove seven (7) screws securing the center cluster lid (Figure 2).

Press down across the top of the cluster lid to release the seven (7) clips (Figure 3).

3.

Disconnect the harness connectors from the switches on the cluster lid.

4.

Remove the lid.

Audio Assembly/Tray
1.

Remove the four (4) screws securing the audio assembly and tray.

2.

Pull the audio assembly and tray out of the instrument panel and disconnect two (2) harness connectors and the antenna from the back of the
audio assembly. Remove the assembly; be careful not to scratch any surfaces.

Control Head
1.

Remove the four (4) screws securing the control head assembly.

2.

Position the control head toward the front of the vehicle and apply a piece of duct tape to the plastic instrument panel cross piece. Reach behind
the cross piece (toward the front of the vehicle) and position the tape across the entire cross piece to protect the control head finisher from
scratches (Figure 4).
