Service Procedure
1.
Drive the vehicle with the front windows all the way UP and confirm ticking / creaking noise is heard.
2.
Slightly lower the window (about 1/16 inch) on the front door where the noise is heard.

If the noise is still there, this bulletin does not apply. Go back to ASIST for further diagnostic information.

If the noise is gone, this bulletin applies. Continue with the procedure.
3.
On the side of the vehicle where the noise is coming from, open the side doors and clean the upper body side seal.
