Radiator Cooling Fan Motor: Service and Repair

1.

Disconnect battery ground cable.

2.

Remove air intake duct assembly up to air cleaner.

3.

Partially drain cooling system and disconnect upper radiator hose from radiator.

4.

Disconnect wiring harness from motor and fan frame.

5.

Remove fan guard and hose support as necessary.

6.

Remove fan assembly from radiator support.

7.

Reverse procedure to install.
