Transmission Temperature Sensor/Switch: Service and Repair

Fluid Temperature Sensor Replacement 

Removal Procedure 

1. Remove the case side cover. 
2. Remove the wiring harness from the fluid temperature sensor.
3. Remove the fluid temperature sensor.

Installation Procedure 

1. Install the fluid temperature sensor.
2. Install the wiring harness assembly with fluid temperature sensor.
3. Install the case side cover. 
4. Check the fluid level.
