About the Bravada
The Bravada (1991–2004) was Oldsmobile's only SUV and the first GM light truck since 1924 sold outside Chevrolet and GMC. Built in Moraine, Ohio, it was a counterpart of the S-10 Blazer and GMC Jimmy for two generations, and of the TrailBlazer and Envoy for the third.
What these manuals cover
- 1991–1997: the 4.3-litre V6
- 2002–2004: the 4.2-litre straight-six and the 5.3 V8
Tip: the third generation shares the Chevrolet TrailBlazer's engines.
