Fuel Pressure Test Port: Service and Repair
Fuel Rail Assembly Model R630
NOTE: The fuel pressure connection is non-replaceable, but is serviceable.
REMOVAL:
1.
Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2.
Relieve the fuel system pressure, refer to MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES/FUEL SYSTEM PRESSURE RELIEF.
3.
Remove the fuel pressure connection cap.
4.
Remove the valve core assembly, and discard it.

Use a standard valve core removal tool.
INSTALLATION:
1.
Install the new valve core assembly.

Use a standard valve core tool.
2.
Connect the negative battery cable.
3.
Turn the ignition switch to the ON position for two seconds, then turn it to the OFF position for ten seconds. Again turn the ignition switch to the
ON position, and check for fuel leaks.
