Camshaft Housing, Cover And Gaskets
9. Using J 36660 or equivalent, install bolts and tighten to specification in sequence. Then rotate the bolts the amount of degrees specified in
sequence.
10. Uncover fuel injectors and install new injector "0" ring seals. Lubricate the "0" ring seals with engine oil.
11. Uncover injector openings in cylinder head and install fuel rail onto cylinder head.
12. Fuel rail to camshaft housing bolts and tighten to 26 Nm (19 lbs. ft.).
13. Fuel line retaining clamp and retainer to bracket on top of intake cam housing.
14. Vacuum line to fuel pressure regulator.
15. Fuel injector harness connector.
16. Oil/Air separator assembly (it may be necessary to lubricate the hoses for ease of assembly).
17. Lube inner sealing surface of intake camshaft seal with clean engine oil and install seal into camshaft housing using tool J 36009
18. Power steering pump drive pulley onto intake camshaft using tool J 36015 or equivalent.
