Air Door Actuator / Motor: Service and Repair
REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Two screws holding vacuum solenoid assembly and move solenoid assembly out of the way (do not remove hoses).
2. Two screws securing temperature valve motor.
3. Motor and disconnect electrical connection.
INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. New motor in position and connect electrical harness.
2. Two screws securing temperature valve motor.
3. Position vacuum solenoid module and install two attaching screws.
