Cutlass V6-191 3.1L VIN M SFI (1998)
6. Install the park brake cables and the tensioner. Refer to Parking Brake.
7. Install the stabilizer shaft brackets (5) to the support (1).
Important: Insert the nuts. Loosely assemble at this time.
8. Install the stabilizer shaft (2) bracket nuts (6) to the support.
9. Install the stabilizer shaft link (3) to the knuckle.
Tighten

Tighten the stabilizer link to knuckle to 69 N.m (51 lb ft).

Tighten the stabilizer shaft brackets to suspension support to 53 N.m (39 lb ft).
10. Install the exhaust pipe. Refer to Tail Pipe Replacement in Engine.
11. Install the tire and the wheel. Refer to Wheel Installation.
12. Lower the vehicle.
13. Measure the rear wheel alignment. Refer to Measuring Wheel Alignment (Rear).
