Cutlass V6-191 3.1L VIN M SFI (1998)
2. Align the steering knuckle with the strut flange scribe mark and install the bolts (6) and nuts (2).
Tighten

Tighten the nuts to 180 N.m (133 lb ft).
3. Tighten the nuts, (1) and bolt (2) attaching the top of the strut assembly to the body (3).
Tighten
-
Tighten the nuts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).

Tighten the bolt to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).
4. Install the brake line bracket.
5. If a suspension contact hoist is used:

Slightly raise the vehicle.

Remove the jack stands from under the crossmember.
6. Install the tire and wheel assembly. Refer to Wheel Installation.
7. Check the front wheel alignment. Refer to Fastener Tightening Specifications.
