Tighten brake pipe nuts to 15 Nm (11 lbs. ft.).
6. Install energy unit to hydraulic unit.
7. Install pump mounting bolt.
8. Install pressure hose and O rings to pump.
9. Install pressure hose bolt to pump.

Tighten pressure hose bolt to 20 Nm (15 lbs. ft.).
10. Install return hose to pump.

Push return hose fitting into pump body.
11. Install wire clip to return hose fitting.
12. Install electrical connections to the hydraulic unit.
13. Install negative battery cable.
14. Bleed hydraulic system. Refer to Bleeding. See: Brake Bleeding/Service and Repair/Master Cylinder Bleeding/Without ABS System
