CONDITION
Separation of the instrument panel vinyl covering from the instrument panel may occur in the windshield defroster duct area on some 1982 and 1983
Cutlass Cieras.
CORRECTION
Instrument panel vinyl separation, or bubbling of the instrument panel vinyl in the windshield defroster duct area, may be corrected by installing a
defroster grille, Part No. 22520990 over the defroster duct openings.
Refer to the following procedure for defroster grille installation.

Color coat the defroster grille to match the instrument panel.
