FRONT DOOR MAY NOT OPEN USING EITHER INNER OR OUTER DOOR HANDLE (ADJUST BARREL NUT)

1994 PONTIAC GRAND PRIX
CONDITION:
Some owners may comment about the front doors not opening when using handles. This condition may happen on either front door.
CAUSE:
Outside handle lock rod barrel nut misadjusted.
IMPORTANT:
Opening the affected door:
1.
Roll glass to the full down position.
2.
On COUPES, place a plastic wedge, such as door stop, between the glass and outer belt seal to create a gap for access to the latch assembly. On
SEDANS, place the wedge between the glass and Inner belt.
