Center. The information MUST be typewritten on the ACD 1078A form. The dealer copy of the form will be returned when repairs are completed. An
additional 0.2 hour administration allowance will be paid when units are repaired under warranty. This additional time should be added to the published
time allowance in the Labor Time Guide and entered in the "Labor Hours" column of the Oldsmobile Warranty Claim form.
The dealer is to submit an Oldsmobile Warranty Claim for the R & R of the unit and freight charges. The dealer is responsible for retaining the original
copy of the form 1078A and the freight receipt or shipping invoice.
