Driver Air Mix Valve Actuator
Remove or Disconnect
1. Programmer. See: Control Module HVAC/Service and Repair
2. Cover from programmer case (snaps open).
3. Electrical connector.
4. Screws and driver air mix valve actuator from vehicle.
-IMPORTANT: Driver temperature valve link rod after installation, refer to "Driver Temperature Valve Link Adjustment" See: Adjustments
Install or Connect
1. Screws after positioning driver air mix valve actuator.
2. Tighten screws to 1.4 Nm (12 lb.in.).
3. Electrical connector.
4. Cover to programmer case (snaps closed).
