The fourth box down on the left side of Chart # 1 currently contains the following information:

Using J 39200 digital voltmeter set to ohms scale, check resistance from DLC terminal 16 to ground, then DLC terminal 4 to ground. Are readings
less than 5 ohms?
This step (which is checking that the two Data Link Connector grounds are OK) should read as follows:
