REMOVAL PROCEDURE
IP Compartment Lamp Replacement: Switch/Bulb - Installation Procedure
1. Open the Instrument Panel (IP) compartment door.
2. Using a small flat-bladed tool, depress to release the retaining tabs on the top and bottom of the IP compartment lamp switch.
3. Carefully push the switch out of the opening and reposition the switch.
4. Disconnect the electrical connector from the IP compartment lamp switch.
5. Remove the IP compartment lamp switch.
6. Grasp the bulb, then pull to remove from the lamp switch.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
IP Compartment Lamp Replacement: Switch/Bulb - Removal Procedure
1. Install the bulb to the IP compartment lamp switch.
2. Connect the electrical connector to the IP compartment lamp switch.
3. Position the IP compartment lamp switch into the opening in the IP compartment, then press to secure the retaining tabs.
4. Close the IP compartment door.
