Wheel Fastener: Service and Repair
Rear Suspension

^ Tool Required:

-

J 6627-A Wheel Stud Remover

-

Or Equivalent

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT  

1. Wheel and tire.
2. Brake drum.
3. Wheel stud, using tool J 6627-A.

INSTALL OR CONNECT  

1. New stud from back side of hub.
2. Four flat washers on stud.
3. Wheel nut with flat side toward washers.
4. Tighten nut until stud head is properly seated in hub flange.
5. Brake drum.
6. Wheel and tire.

Tighten wheel nuts to 140 Nm (100 ft. lbs.).
