This bulletin cancels and supersedes Corporate Bulletin Number 431042. Please discard Corporate Bulletin Number 431042 (Group Reference 10 -
Body).
Condition
Some owners may comment that the front window is inoperative or the window jumps when rolling up or down.
Cause
Internal motor deterioration or broken gear teeth on the motor.
Correction
Install kit listed below which contains a new regulator and motor, instruction sheet, guide and rivets for attachment.
Procedure
After removal of the trim panel, water deflector and window regulator, and the window regulator has been replaced, proceed as follows:
