Auxiliary Cooling Fan

Fig. 31 Radiator Lower Air Baffle

1. Remove auxiliary cooling fan upper mounting bolts.
2. Raise and support vehicle.
3. Remove lower air baffle, Fig. 31.
4. Disconnect fan motor wiring harness.
5. Remove Auxiliary cooling fan lower mounting bolts, then the fan.
6. Reverse procedure to install. Torque mounting bolts to 7 ft. lbs.
