8. Auxiliary heater blower module retaining screws.
9. Heater control vacuum hose from rear temperature valve vacuum actuator.

10. Carefully pull auxiliary heater blower module away from LH body side frame.
11. Screw supporting heater hose support strap to auxiliary heater blower module.
12. Heater inlet and outlet hoses from heater core pipes.
13. Retaining screw and heater core outlet pipe clamp.
14. Retaining screw and heater core inlet pipe clamp.
15. Retaining screws and heater outlet case from auxiliary heater blower module.
16. Retaining screws and heater core clamp.
17. Retaining screws and heater core clip.
18. Heater core from auxiliary heater blower module.

INSTALL OR CONNECT

1. Heater core into auxiliary heater blower module.
2. Heater core clamp and tighten retaining screw to 3 Nm (27 lb in).
3. Heater core clip and tighten retaining screws 3 Nm (27 lb in).
4. Heater outlet case to auxiliary heater blower module and tighten retaining screws to 3 Nm (27 lb in).
5. Heater core outlet pipe clamp and tighten retaining screw to 3 Nm (27 lb in).
6. Heater core inlet pipe clamp and tighten retaining screw to 3 Nm (27 lb in).
7. Heater inlet/outlet hoses to heater core pipes.
8. Heater hose support strap to auxiliary heater blower module and tighten screw to 6 Nm (53 lb in).
9. Position auxiliary heater blower module next to LH body side frame.

10. Heater control vacuum hose to rear temperature valve vacuum actuator.
11. Auxiliary heater blower module retaining screws and tighten to 4 Nm (35 lb in).
12. Body wiring harness connector to auxiliary heater blower motor and blower motor resistor.
13. Rear compartment outlet (beltline-horizontal) duct.
14. Left side center pillar/quarter lower trim panel.
15. Door sill Plate.
16. Left side cowl panel.
17. Second row seating.
18. Refill engine coolant.
