This system, Fig. 8, cuts out fuel to the injectors during deceleration by equalizing the pressure on both sides of the air flow sensor plate P. The pressure
equalization is accomplished with an electro valve, which works on an auxiliary circuit to the mixture regulator. When the pressures on both sides of the
air flow sensor plate P, are equal, the fuel metering distributor piston is no longer activated by the air flow sensor plate lever, stopping the fuel supply to
the injectors.
