The evaporative control system consists of the fuel tank and lines, a non-vented fuel cap, charcoal canister (1), Fig. 1, routing hoses (6), and on
some models a liquid/vapor separator (3). 1978 and later models have a calibrated jet (4), Fig. 2, and purge valves (6), Fig. 2.
