This bulletin supercedes Bulletin No. 073.
If you should encounter this condition on 505 vehicles equipped with cruise control, check the following:

Soundproofing panel above the brake pedal assembly (diesel vehicles only)

Cruise control cut-out switch

Soundproofing panel (diesel vehicles only):

Remove the sound proofing panel that is attached to the lower left panel above the brake assembly.

Road test vehicle and if the brake lights remain off, modify panel as per Fig. 1.
