Blend Door Actuator Replacement
Blend Air Door Actuator
The blend-air door actuator is located on the A/C-heater housing above the floor hump to the right of the accelerator pedal.
REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
1. Remove under panel silencers.
2. Remove floor air distribution duct.
3. Locate and remove two attaching screws.
4. Lower blend-air door actuator from A/Cheater housing and blend-air door shaft.
4. Disengage wire connector lock and unplug connector.
To reinstall, reverse above procedure (make sure blend-air door shaft to actuator engagement is proper and retest system).
