Suspension Strut / Shock Absorber: Service and Repair
Replacement

1. Raise and support front of vehicle, then remove wheel and tire assembly.
2. Disconnect brake hoses from strut.
3. Remove bolts attaching strut assembly to steering knuckle, then the four nuts attaching strut insulator to upper mounting. Remove strut assembly
from vehicle.
4. Reverse procedure to install.
