SYMPTOM/CONDITION
No drive in forward or reverse, or slips during heavy acceleration on vehicles built prior to December, 1983.
DIAGNOSIS
The problem may be caused by manual control valve overstroke. This condition will create slight pressure generation to the rear clutch in neutral. The
clutch is then partially applied during neutral operation. The overstroke of the manual control valve is due to mis-machining of the valve.
