SYMPTOM/CONDITION
Cassette tape will not eject from tape player.
DIAGNOSIS
Verify that the tape does not eject from tape player by turning radio "On" and then pressing eject button. If tape does not eject, proceed to tape removal
procedure to determine if condition is caused by the tape player or the cassette tape itself.
TAPE REMOVAL PROCEDURE
Stereo/Tape Player In Car
1.
Cassette comes up, but does not come out.
a.
Turn "Off".
b.
Pull cassette out using tweezers. Do not attempt to remove cassette by prying with a screwdriver, etc.
2.
Cassette does not move at all, or channel selector moves irregularly..
a.
Turn "Off".
b.
Push cassette to bottom using finger pressure.
