Wheel Bearing: Adjustments
1. Tighten adjusting nut to 20 - 25 ft. lbs. while rotating wheel.
2. Back off adjusting nut 1/4 turn.
3. Finger tighten adjusting nut while rotating wheel, then align nut lock with cotter pin slot and install cotter pin.
4. The resulting adjustment should be 0.0001 - 0.003 end play.
