b. If not OK, repair wiring circuit to ground.
5. Using a suitable voltmeter, with wiper switch connected:
a. Connect voltmeter positive lead to terminal P1, and negative lead to motor ground.
b. If no voltage, repair wiring circuits as necessary.
c. If voltage is OK, connect voltmeter positive lead to wiper switch terminal L, then move switch to low speed position. If no voltage replace
