Install the cross rails into the roof rack side rails.

4.

On the inside of the vehicle, remove the headlining, as outlined in the Service Manual Page 23-25.

Remove the cover paper from the Roof Sound Deadener Patch, P/N 4546820 and position the patch in the middle of the roof panel just in front of
the second set of riv-nuts that secure the roof rack to the roof. Figure 2.

6.

Using a paint roller, secure the patch to the roof surface. Avoid allowing air to be trapped between the patch and the roof.

7.

Install the headlining in the vehicle.
