Carpeted Power Seat Track Cover

SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
The upper "J" hooks on the carpeted power seat track cover can become disengaged from the slots in the power seat track allowing the cover to fall
down.

REPAIR PROCEDURE:
This bulletin involves installing revised carpeted power seat track covers.
1.
Disengage the "arrowhead" retainers from the loop strap holding the lower portion of the track cover to the power seat track crossbar.
2.
Disengage the upper "J" hooks holding the carpeted power seat track cover to the slots in the power seat tracks.
3.
Separate the track cover from the seat and discard.
4.
Obtain the appropriate carpeted power seat track cover specified in the Parts Required section of this bulletin and cut off the exposed ends of the
two upper X-mas tree fasteners.
5.
Center the carpeted power seat track cover between the left and right track side covers. Tuck the upper portion of the carpeted power seat track
cover under the cushion pan and attach the velcro to the cushion rail carpeting (make sure to position the power seat track cover in far enough so
the velcro strip is not visible).
6.
Loop the lower retainer straps around the power seat track crossbar and engage the arrowhead retainers into the slots of the retainer straps.
