Adjust front corners of glass panel so that it is flush to 1.5 mm (flush to 0.060") BELOW roof panel. Refer to Figure 5.

Adjust rear corners of glass panel so that it is flush to 1.5 mm (flush to 0.060") ABOVE roof panel. Refer to Figure 5.
Fore/Aft Specification:

The sliding glass panel weatherstrip seal should make continuous contact with the roof panel around the entire sunroof opening. To check for
contact, completely close the sunroof and insert a business card or 0.040" thickness gage between the sunroof seal and roof panel. Check for
seal-to-roof panel contact by sliding the card around the entire seal contact area. The card should drag slightly as it is pulled between the seal and
the roof panel.

If the gap is excessively wide or narrow at the front or rear, adjust the glass panel fore/aft position as described in the appropriate Pontiac Service
Manual.
